VP of Business Development
Thom joined NorthPoint Development as the Vice President of Operations of our ColdPoint Logistics division. He brings more than 25 years of experience as an operations leader supporting 3PL cold storage facilities and is responsible for supporting ColdPoint Logistics' startup and growth expectations. Prior to joining NorthPoint, Thom executed the operations, sales and continuous improvement initiatives for two of the top privately-owned cold storage companies.
Dane has over 38 years of experience in the cold storage business. Prior to ColdPoint, Dane served for 29 years with URS Logistics, which merged with AmeriCold in 2000. While at URS and AmeriCold, he served as the Senior Vice President of Protein Warehouses. His responsibilities included 36 warehouses in 20 states. Dane oversaw 200 export loads per week and had direct managerial responsibilities for over 3.5 billion pounds of protein products per year. In his current role, Dane leads ColdPoint’s sales team.
Paul has been in the cold storage business for more than 20 years. Paul started his career with Americold in Carthage, MO and has worked for Lineage/Millard. He started as a hourly warehouse employee and worked his way up. Prior to coming onboard with ColdPoint Logistics, Paul was the Assistant General Manager at Lineage Logistics in Edwardsville, KS.
Assistant General Manager
Adam has been in the warehousing and logistics business for about 12 years and nine of those years are in cold storage with Lineage Logistics. Most recently, Adam has been the General Manager at Smart Warehousing in Edgerton, KS. Adam has a great deal of experience in leading a large staff in a production and process driven environment. Adam also has several years of experience in starting up new facilities.
Josh has 15 years of experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical refrigeration systems. With his previous employer, Josh led a 16 person refrigeration and building maintenance department responsible for a 600,000 square foot facility. Josh graduated from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelors of Science in Technology Management. Josh is a certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator and holds a 24 hour HAZWOPR certification. Josh is also well versed in computerized maintenance management systems.
Inventory Control Manager
Dayton has eight years of cold storage experience all while working for Lineage Logistics/Millard prior to joining the ColdPoint team. He has operations experience and several years of successful inventory control experience. Dayton also has a very sound understanding of ColdPoint’s Warehouse Management System.
Human Resources Manager
Phil joined ColdPoint in June 2016. Phil has several years of logistics experience and over 15 years IT experience. Phil has managed IT networks ranging in size and scope from small user groups to remote wide area networks with more than 250 users. He started his IT career in the military and currently holds several IT certifications including the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). Phil also earned a MBA with an emphasis in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin in 2013.
Kimberly joined our team in February 2018. She has over 15 years of Human Resources and Operational Management experience. She brings a passion for professional and personal development to our team. Kimberly is a certified SQF Practitioner, OSHA 30 certified and holds PHR accreditation. Kimberly believes safety and training can be creative, engaging and fun.
